Job Summary

Owning the top of the funnel for hiring in the US, the full-time remote Sourcing Partner will build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for sales, customer success, operations, and marketing roles while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for GTM and Ops roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates to enhance the candidate pipeline
• Maintain an organized pipeline in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with candidates

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, focusing on GTM roles
• Experience in digital health B2B SaaS, with a preference for patient support services or specialty pharmacy
• Proven track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in crafting engaging outreach
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, along with a data-driven mindset
