Sourcing Program Manager
Job Summary
To develop and execute sourcing initiatives, the full-time Sourcing Program Manager will manage purchases, oversee process flows, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely from Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Support Strategic Sourcing initiatives by conducting product research and cost analysis
- Manage assigned sourcing initiatives, including RFP development, negotiations, and supplier management
- Monitor budgets for initiatives/contracts and identify opportunities for improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (required)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred)
- Five years of progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems
