Sourcing Program Manager
Job Summary
To drive sourcing initiatives for a large health system, the full-time Sourcing Program Manager will manage purchasing processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee budget management while working remotely from Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned sourcing initiatives, including RFP development, proposal evaluations, and supplier management
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting product research and cost analysis for clinical colleagues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization in sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (required)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred)
- Five years of progressive experience in sourcing for large health systems
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet modeling
