Job Summary
To drive strategic impact in sourcing and client value creation, the full-time remote Sourcing Pursuit Lead will manage complex high-value pursuits, develop competitive sourcing solutions, and lead cross-functional collaboration while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategy for complex, high-value pursuits including new business, expansions, and renewals
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and manage multi-supplier competitive processes
- Create compelling business cases and lead financial modeling and pricing strategy development
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with pursuit/sales support success
- Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or integrated facility services
- Proven track record winning competitive bids through strategic sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or equivalent; MBA or MS preferred
