Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Sourcing Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Build and drive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for the Go-to-Market organization
Serve as a talent consultant, advising on roles, compensation, and global talent mapping
Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit

Required Qualifications

3+ years of progressive, full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
Strong knowledge of the GTM/SaaS sales landscape
Demonstrated ownership of core TA programs or process improvements
Expertise in advanced sourcing and candidate engagement techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs, Finance, and internal stakeholders
