Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search for talent using various sourcing tools and platforms
• Develop outreach strategies and document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
• Facilitate initial phone screenings and build pipelines of qualified prospects for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years' experience in a high-volume, corporate recruitment capacity
• Experience using an applicant tracking system required; Jobvite experience preferred
• Working knowledge of federal employment laws required
• Eastern or Central Standard Time preferred
