Job Summary

Sourcing Recruiter, a part-time (30 to 40 hours per week), 6-month temporary role focused on identifying and engaging passive candidates in the healthcare industry while building long-term talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search for talent using various sourcing tools and platforms
• Develop outreach strategies and document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
• Facilitate initial phone screenings and support hiring needs for assigned departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years' experience in high-volume corporate recruitment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Jobvite
• Working knowledge of federal employment laws required
