Job Summary

As a contract Sourcing Recruiter working remotely, the candidate will identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent while building candidate pipelines and executing targeted sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify and engage passive talent
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide a world-class candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contact management systems
