Job Summary
Supporting Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Sourcing Reliability Manager will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders to inform sourcing strategies
- Oversee the implementation and communication of regional and national programs related to supplier management
- Facilitate relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and contractual terms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
