Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing & Vendor Specialist for Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new pharmacy vendors, manage supplier relationships, and ensure favorable terms and conditions
Analyze market conditions, forecast demand, and support supply chain in developing partner redundancy plans
Assist in identifying risks in the supply chain, advising leadership, and staying current on industry trends

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three years' experience in procurement sourcing, with pharmacy relations experience preferred
Experience in contract negotiations and full life cycle of sourcing initiatives
Knowledge of supply chain principles, cost/price analysis, and purchasing procedures
Longevity knowledge is a plus
