Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support their Groups team in managing hotel bookings and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Groups Sales department by sourcing hotels and managing RFPs to align with client needs
• Meet monthly sales targets to drive business growth and achieve team objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and hotel partners for seamless group bookings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required; hotel industry and group reservations experience preferred
• Extremely tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Slack is a plus
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism while handling multiple projects
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A tenacious team player with a strong desire to succeed
