Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage aspects of the sourcing process for Travel Buyers and the Sourcing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process contracts according to company and client standards
• Capture overall cost savings per contract and present information with completed contracts
• Enter hotel contract negotiations into Excel and ensure accurate commission capture for payroll

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of hotel sales/service or meeting planning experience preferred
• Proven organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports
