Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Source Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contract development
• Analyze purchasing data to identify efficiencies and present recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Preferred certifications include CPSM, CSCP, CMRP, or equivalent
• A minimum of three years' procurement/sourcing experience required, preferably in healthcare
• Prior experience with automated systems, COUPA preferred but not required
• Experience in a healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred
