Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Source Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and contracted services
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage contract development and renewals
• Analyze purchasing data to identify efficiencies and present sourcing recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Preferred certifications include CPSM, CSCP, or CMRP
• A minimum of three years' procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with automated systems, preferably COUPA
• Demonstrated success in negotiation and influence skills
