Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage procurement processes for airline clients with hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel sourcing projects, including market research and relationship building
• Oversee the Request for Proposal process, negotiating terms and assessing suppliers
• Create detailed evaluation reports and adapt strategies based on market trends

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in procurement, with global supplier exposure
• At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with airlines or hotels
• High School diploma required; bilingual skills are a plus
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in contract negotiation and understanding diverse cultures
