Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Sourcing Specialist, responsible for supporting Workplace Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence related to services operations
• Implement and coordinate regional and national programs while ensuring compliance with sourcing and contracting policies
• Support supplier relationship management and lead performance review meetings with preferred suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
