Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Experienced in managing end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services, the remote Sourcing Specialist will execute sourcing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and conduct market research to optimize value and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for Professional Services categories, including consulting and IT services
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle from requirement gathering through contract execution
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify qualified vendors and drive supplier selection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Professional Services procurement
• Experience in RFx execution, supplier evaluation, and negotiation
• Solid understanding of MSA/SOW contracting and commercial models
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with structured planning and tracking
