Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will manage contract negotiations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and prepare comprehensive bidding packages
• Negotiate contracts and payment terms while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Utilize specialized expertise to develop acquisition strategies and present contracting approaches to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation for mid-complexity SaaS and related services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in procurement or supply management
• Proven ability to influence and drive change across all levels of management
• Strong understanding of contract language, risk management, and procurement regulations
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure related to SaaS solutions and health services arrangements
