Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support sourcing activities in a remote environment, the full-time Sourcing Specialist will execute sourcing tasks, negotiate pricing, manage supplier data, and collaborate with teams to ensure product launches and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities by identifying and assessing potential suppliers and coordinating the onboarding process
• Participate in new product development by gathering requirements and issuing RFQs while providing data-driven supplier recommendations
• Negotiate supply agreements and monitor supplier adherence to contracts, ensuring optimal terms and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a sourcing role within a high-SKU distribution environment
• International sourcing experience preferred
• Experience with medical products distribution is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; NetSuite experience is a plus
