Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will develop and manage recruitment programs, source candidates from various platforms, and assist in the screening and interviewing process for diverse job levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer recruitment programs and advertising strategies
• Source candidates from social media and networks to identify top talent
• Educate managers on staffing processes and ensure regulatory compliance in recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
