Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team in the nuclear energy and engineering industry, the remote Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions within the nuclear industry
• Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area
• Strong research skills and proficiency with technology and online sourcing tools
• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
