Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the remote Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage talent for specialized positions in the nuclear energy and engineering industry while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and professional positions within the nuclear industry
• Conduct candidate outreach and coordinate communications throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area
• Strong research skills and comfort with technology and online sourcing tools
• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, or related fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
