Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team in the nuclear energy and engineering industry, the remote Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage talent for specialized positions, conduct outreach, and maintain candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and professional positions within the nuclear industry
• Conduct candidate outreach and manage communications throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area
• Strong research skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
