Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team in the nuclear energy and engineering industry, the remote Sourcing Specialist will identify, engage, and qualify candidates for specialized positions while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and professional positions in the nuclear industry
• Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area
• Strong research skills and comfort with technology and online sourcing tools
• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
