Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team in the nuclear energy and engineering industry, the remote Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage talent, build talent pipelines, and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools and platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions in the nuclear industry
• Conduct candidate outreach and screen qualifications against job requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area
• Strong research skills and comfort with technology and online sourcing tools
• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
