Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Workplace Management clients and internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will deliver market and supplier intelligence, manage sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance with contracting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Manage supplier relationships and performance programs, supporting Category Management initiatives
• Oversee the implementation and communication of regional and national programs, ensuring client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
