Job Summary

Supporting procurement and contract compliance, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist will manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure data integrity within contract management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with organizational requirements
• Negotiate contract terms and assist with bid events, including preparing requests for proposals
• Track correspondence and maintain detailed records related to contract management and compliance

Required qualifications

• Experience in contract management or procurement processes
• Familiarity with data management tools and contract databases
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to supplier onboarding and risk management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
