Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume sourcing initiatives, the remote Sourcing Specialist will manage multiple concurrent sourcing events, ensuring compliance and cost optimization while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple sourcing events, overseeing timelines and stakeholder alignment to achieve cost savings and supplier optimization
• Facilitate compliant RFP processes from initiation through award, ensuring adherence to governance standards
• Draft, review, and enhance Statements of Work (SOWs) to improve clarity and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading sourcing events and managing multiple projects within defined timelines
• Strong understanding of compliant RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and SOW development
• Experience with sourcing and procurement tools such as Workday or Ariba
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with strong relationship-building skills
