Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance supply chain efficiency, the full-time Sourcing Specialist will support strategic sourcing initiatives, conduct supply chain analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and supplier onboarding
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with various departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve supplier performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a global manufacturing environment
- Experience with strategic sourcing activities including supplier evaluation and negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software
