Job Summary
Supporting business development efforts, the full-time remote Sourcing Specialist - Pursuit Support will develop innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies while collaborating with sales teams to enhance client proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sourcing Pursuit Leads and Sales teams to create competitive pricing strategies and innovative solutions for client proposals
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to inform pursuit strategies and enhance JLL's competitive positioning
- Manage the RFx process, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality supplier responses
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, particularly in business development contexts
- Proficiency in developing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including financial modeling and cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or business development support
