Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of suppliers in a remote capacity, the full-time Sourcing Specialist will manage supplier communication, prepare RFQs, drive new product development timelines, and build relationships with factories while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for suppliers, maintaining communication and tracking performance metrics
• Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, including supplier qualification, analysis, and negotiations
• Oversee new product development projects, coordinating timelines and ensuring all dependencies are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including experience with comparison models and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear communication with suppliers
