Sourcing Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Team Manager to lead sourcing teams and implement sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing teams and define project scopes while mitigating risks and identifying savings opportunities
• Negotiate supplier contracts, manage relationships, and oversee the supplier selection process
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Purchasing Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in applying sourcing strategies and tracking supplier performance
• Knowledge of cost and value management, including total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Experience with supplier negotiations and contracts
• Familiarity with Supply Base Risk Management and procurement ethics
