Sourcing Transition Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical support and operational oversight, the full-time remote Sourcing Transition Analyst will focus on data analytics, vendor compliance monitoring, and advanced reporting to ensure effective transition implementations across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support Transition Leads in monitoring project progress and identifying trends
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting capabilities, including performance metrics and executive-level reports
• Monitor vendor compliance and coordinate supplier registration processes to ensure adherence to requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, preferably in procurement, analytics, or project coordination
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with Smartsheet
• Comprehensive working knowledge of JLL Sourcing & Procurement technologies such as Aravo, Jaggaer, and Corrigo
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines while coordinating team activities
