Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate to support clinician onboarding and provide clinical expertise in growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users, providing practical guidance on using the platform
• Collect and synthesize new-user insights to inform product and marketing strategies
• Provide clinical expertise across the GTM function, supporting customer conversations and validating clinical claims

Required Qualifications

• Medical qualification and active registration (required)
• Clinical experience with the ability to support peers in real-world workflows
• Familiarity with the platform or enthusiasm to learn it deeply (highly preferred)
• Comfort navigating customer engagement and clinical support functions
• Ability to work part-time with flexible hours around existing clinical practice
