Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead payroll implementations across South Africa and the broader African region.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients to assess their payroll systems and compliance requirements, identifying optimization opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation for requirements and configurations, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge repository
- Configure the payroll system according to local laws and oversee data migration and first payroll run support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification or certification like PMP is a plus)
- 5+ years of proven experience in payroll system implementation
- Strong understanding of South African payroll laws and compliance standards
- Experience with various payroll systems and software
- Ability and interest in client-facing project management
