Job Summary

Providing essential support for positive associate relations, the full-time salaried South Carolina Associate Relations Manager will manage employee investigations, consult with management on performance issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex employee relations issues and prepare detailed documentation for potential claims
• Consult with management on performance issues and assist in resolving disputes through grievance procedures
• Interpret and apply labor and employment laws, providing guidance to reduce risk and enhance workplace environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in employee relations investigations
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Preferred certification: SPHR
