Assisting with the analysis of business user needs, the full-time South Carolina Business Analyst will evaluate technical feasibility, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and support the full systems life cycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze business user needs to assess technical feasibility and solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes
  • Develop technical documentation including designs, specifications, processes, and workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience for support roles or 0-2 years for professional roles
  • Experience in software design, coding, testing, and implementation
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and deployment processes
  • Ability to assist with technical designs and specifications
