Job Summary

To support relocation and outplacement solutions, a part-time Career Coach/Job Search Strategist based in Charleston, SC will work remotely with employees of client companies, providing one-on-one coaching on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation while assisting their spouses or partners with employment support.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve career goals
• Guides employees through the coaching process and monitors their progress
• Advises on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, and interview preparation

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching
• Currently resides in the Charleston, SC vicinity with knowledge of the local job market
• Experience with virtual coaching methods
• Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Proficient with technology and AI tools, with a reliable internet connection
