Job Summary

To provide clinical oversight and partnership for Nurse Practitioners in South Carolina, the part-time 1099 Contract Collaborating Physician will offer guidance on patient care, conduct chart reviews, and support NP onboarding and education in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners in compliance with state Medical Board requirements
• Provide clinical consultation and support on patient care and complex treatment plans
• Conduct chart reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or chronic disease management
• Prior experience collaborating with or supervising Nurse Practitioners
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
