Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns and process orders
  • Upsell products and services while delivering excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
