Job Summary
Managing inbound calls for various companies, the full-time South Carolina Remote Customer Service Representative will deliver empathetic and professional service while adhering to key performance indicators in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, switching between different protocols and data entry requirements for various clients
- Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver high-quality service on every call
- Meet KPIs including schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores
Required qualifications
- Must provide personal equipment that meets specified technical requirements during the new hire period
- Windows 11 or higher operating system required; Chromebooks and Apple/Mac products are not compatible
- Wired Ethernet internet connection is mandatory; Wi-Fi connections are prohibited
- Professional grade wired headset with microphone required
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is necessary
