South Carolina Foster Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to support youth and caregivers in the foster care program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families
• Coordinate services, manage documentation and compliance tasks, and engage in marketing and outreach efforts
• Participate in an on-call weekend rotation to provide 24/7 support for foster families

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
