Job Summary

- Provide problem resolution for ongoing or escalated issues and negotiate with vendors
- Support implementation, compliance, and maintain internal files and databases with client data
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Employee Benefits
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Health & Life Insurance License
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems and carrier products
- Experience with Voluntary Benefits and Work Site Products
