Job Summary
South Carolina Licensed Account Manager, responsible for servicing client accounts in Personal Risk and flood insurance, managing renewals and marketing processes, and maintaining client relationships in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with clients and carriers, leading client meetings for assigned accounts
- Manage the renewal and marketing process in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
- Create and maintain client files and policy records in the agency management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- More than 3 years of client service experience in Personal Risk or Affluent Personal Lines
- Prior experience with flood underwriting requirements for NFIP and private flood markets is ideal
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is preferred
- A P&C Insurance License is required upon hire
- Experience with EPIC agency management system is preferred
