Job Summary

To support MUSC's academic, research, and healthcare missions, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Application Analyst will evaluate and resolve complex technical issues, maintain system updates, and provide expertise in Business Delivery applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues related to Business Delivery applications
  • Lead projects and participate in team meetings to improve operational efficiency
  • Coach peers and staff while generating communication and educational plans to facilitate change
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with eight years of related experience, or a Master's degree with three years of related experience
  • Application-specific certifications preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Analytical and communication skills to maximize Information Solutions services
