South Carolina Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical applications team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Application Analyst will assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program applications, provide user support, and lead projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical applications, ensuring system updates and user support
• Participate in team and project meetings, providing input on solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Lead designated projects and assist with the onboarding of new hires within the clinical applications team

Required qualifications

• A high school diploma with six years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of experience, or a master's degree in a related field
• Background in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science preferred
• Previous EPIC Beaker end-user experience preferred
• Previous Beaker builder/user experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, and project management skills required
