South Carolina Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical applications team, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Application Analyst will evaluate and resolve complex technical issues, maintain system updates, and coach peers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical applications, ensuring operational end users receive effective support
• Lead projects and participate in team meetings to provide intelligent solutions for improving efficiency
• Develop communication, process, and educational plans to facilitate change and minimize disruption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with nine years of experience, or a Master's degree with three years of experience in IS or clinical settings
• Application-specific certification(s) preferred, with Epic certification in OpTime and Anesthesia strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, project management, analytical, and communication skills
