- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the South Carolina Bar or eligibility for admission
- 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience managing litigation matters from case inception through resolution
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
