Job Summary
Leading a team of project managers, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Associate Director in Business Operations for the ePMO will drive project governance, ensure optimal resource alignment, and establish consistent delivery methodologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 6-12 project managers to enhance performance and accountability
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate capacity planning, project assignments, and resource balancing to optimize project delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- PMP certification, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in IT or healthcare project delivery environments
- Minimum five (5) years of direct leadership experience in a PMO or large matrixed organization
- Strong preference for candidates with experience spanning multiple domains such as IS, Clinical Operations, and Facilities/Construction
