Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers in delivering effective permitting outcomes, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Associate Project Manager will conduct permit research, prepare plans, and collaborate with city staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting accurate permit research and preparing permit plans
• Collaborate with city staff to address nuances and monitor permit status for timely responses
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance the software platform

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, focusing on project management
• Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Strong research skills for accurately navigating permit requirements
